Installation & Technical Notes
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, install the v belt with proper tension as specified by the equipment manufacturer. Avoid overtightening, which can cause premature bearing wear and belt stretching.
Before installation, inspect pulleys for wear, misalignment, or debris buildup.
Do not use belt dressings, sprays, or lubricants as these can degrade the fabric wrap and shorten belt life. For best results, replace belts in matched pairs when applicable and re-tension after the first few hours of operation
