Technical Specifications

Profile: J (Micro‑V)

Rib Count: 6

Outside Circumference: ~89 in (2,260 mm)

Pitch Length: ≈ 890 in (confirm design fitment)

Material: High quality synthetic rubber (EPDM compound) with embedded polyester tensile cords

Temperature Range: Typically –30 °F to +160 °F (–34 °C to +71 °C)

Standards Compliance: Engineered to meet or exceed RMA IP‑26 specifications; rated up to ~80% higher horsepower than standard V‑ribbed belts

Key Features & Benefits

Smooth, vibration‑free operation: Precisely molded truncated ribs enhance flexibility and comfort, reducing heat buildup and preventing belt slip.

Heat & abrasion resistance: Rubber compound and fiber reinforcement resist cracking and wear—even in dusty or debris-prone environments.

High-performance polyester tensile cords: Provide exceptional strength, stable tension retention, and long belt life.

Typical Applications

Industrial machinery (e.g. conveyors, compressors)

HVAC blowers and fans

Treadmills and fitness equipment

Lawn & garden machines, snowblowers

Installation & Technical Notes

To ensure optimal performance and longevity, install the v belt with proper tension as specified by the equipment manufacturer. Avoid overtightening, which can cause premature bearing wear and belt stretching.

Before installation, inspect pulleys for wear, misalignment, or debris buildup.

Do not use belt dressings, sprays, or lubricants as these can degrade the fabric wrap and shorten belt life. For best results, replace belts in matched pairs when applicable and re-tension after the first few hours of operation
